You cannot go to a World Masters Swimming Championship without taking a photo or three. A dozen have been preserved below but they don't reflect the antics when attending the IXth World Swimming Masters in Christchurch, New Zealand for about 2 weeks during March 2002.

A hand-printed T-Shirt was made for the event but I forgot to take a photo of it before giving it away. The YHA in the city center was a great place to stay and although buses were provided to get to the venue on the outskirts of the city, a rented bike to get to/from the pool and around and outside the city was a great way to travel.
